Abstract
결론
소아에서 초기 우식의 발견 및 진행된 우식의 정확한 진단을 위한 기준을 마련하기 위하여
본 연구를 시행하였으며, 전북대학교병원 소아치과를 내원한 75명 아동에서 57개의 유구치
와 43개의 영구 제1대구치를 피검 대상으로 하였다. Caries Meter L을 사용하여 방사선 검
사와 우식의 정도에 따른 적절한 임상 치료를 시행한 경우를 상호 비교한 결과 다음과 같은
결론을 얻었다.
1. 유구치와 영구치의 일치율의 차이를 비교해 보면, 유구치에서는 방사선 검사와 임상적 치
료를 비교한 경우에서 98.2%로 가장 높았으며, 영구치에서는 Caries Meter L의 측정시와
임상적 치료를 비교한 경우에서 90.7%로 높은 수치를 나타내었다.
2. 유구치에서 Caries Meter L의 측정과 방사선 검사를 비교시 우식의 이환 정도에 따른 일
치율은 법랑질의 경우 100% 상아질의 경우 78%를 보였으나 치수의 경우 50%를 나타냈으
며 상관 계수는 r=0.864의 값을 보이고 유의 수준 α=0.01에서 통계적으로 유의성이 있었다
(P<0.01).
3. 유구치에서 Caries Meter L의 측정시와 임상 치료를 비교시 우식의 이환 정도에 따른 일
치율은 법랑질의 경우 100%, 상아질의 경우 80%를 보였으나 치수의 경우에는 55.6%를 나
타냈으며, 상관 계수는 r=0.877을 보이고 유의 수준 α=0.01에서 통계적으로 유의성이 있었
다(P<0.01).
4. 유구치에서 방사선 검사와 임상 치료를 비교한 결과 90% 이상의 높은 일치율을 나타냈
으며, 상관 계수는 r=0.982의 값을 보였고 유의 수준 α=0.01에서 통계적으로 유의성이 있었
다(P<0.01).
5. 영구치에서 Caries Meter L의 측정시와 방사선 검사를 비교시 우식의 이환 정도에 따른
일치율은 법랑질의 경우 78%, 상아질의 경우 66.7%, 치수의 경우 100%를 보였고, 상판 계
수는 r=0.689을 나타냈으며, 유의 수준 α=0.01에서 통계적으로 유의성이 있었다(P<0.01).
6. 영구치에서 Caries Meter L의 측정시와 임상 치료를 비교시 우식의 이환 정도에 따른 일
치율은 법랑질의 경우 95.2%, 상아질의 경우 85.7%, 치수의 경우에는 50%를 보였고, 상관
계수는 r=0.930의 수치를 나타냈으며, 유의 수준 α=0.01에서 통계적으로 유의성이 있었다
(P<0.01).
7. 영구치에서 방사선 검사와 임상적 치료를 비교시 우식의 이환 정도에 따른 일치율은 법
랑질의 경우 74.1%, 상아질의 경우 57.1%, 치수의 경우 50%의 결과를 얻었으며, 상관 계수
는 r=0.681의 수치를 나타냈고, 유의 수준 α=0.01에서 통계적으로 유의성이 있었다(P<0.01).
#초록#
The purpose of this study was finding of criteria for exact diagnosis of initial caries
and advanced caries lesions. 57 primary molar teeth & 43 permanent first molar teeth of
75 children that visited pedodontic department of Chonbuk National University hospital
were used for experiment. We compared with radiographic examination and suitable
clinical treatment according to the extent of dental caries by using Caries Meter L. The
obtained results were as follows.
1. Concerning of the equality rate in the primary molars and permanent teeth, the case
of comparing radiographic examination and clinical treatment method in the highest reat
as 98.24% in the primary molars, whereas the case of comparing Caries Meter L and
clinical treatment is the highest rate as 90.7% in the permanent teeth.
2. When comparing of the measurement in Caries Meter L and radiographic examination
of primary molars, the concurrent rate on extent of dental caries was 100% in the
enamel, 78% in the dentin and 50% in the pulp, the Pearson Correlation was r=0.864 and
there were significant difference statistically as significant level α=0.01(P<0.01).
3. When comparing of the measurement in Caries Meter L and clinical treatment method
of primary molars, the concurrent rate on extent of dental caries was 100% in the
enamel, 80% in the dentin and 55.6% in the pulp, the Pearson Correlation was r=0.877
and there were significant difference statistically as significant level α=0.01(P<0.01).
4. When comparing of the radiographic examination and clinical treatment method of
primary molars, the concurrent rate was high as 90% in the pulp, the Pearson
Correlation was r=0.982, and there were significant difference statistically as significant
level α=0.01(P<0.01).
5. When comparing of the measurement in Caries Meter L and radiographic examination
of permanent teeth, the concurrent rate was 78% in the enamel, 66.7% in the dentin and
100% in the pulp, the Pearson Correlation was r=0.689 and there were significant
difference statistically as significant level α=0.01(P<0.01).
6. When comparing of the measurement in Caries Meter L and clinical treatment method
in the permanent teeth, the concurrent rate was 95.2% in the enamel, 85.7% in the
dentin and 50% in the pulp, the Pearson Correlation was r=0.930 and there were
significant difference statistically as significant level α=0.01(P<0.01) .
7. When comparing of the radiographic examination and clinical treatment method in the
permanent teeth, the concurrent rate was 74.1% in the enamel, 57.1% in the dentin and
50% in the pulp, the Pearson Correlation was r=0.681 and there were significantly
difference statistically as significant level α=0.01(P<0.01).
